Shipping Policy

• If your cart contains 500g, you will be charged Rs.50.
• If your cart contains 500g to 1kg, you will be charged Rs.100.
• If your cart contains 1kg to 2kg, you will be charged Rs.200.
• If your cart contains above 2kg, you will be charged only the actual cart amount.

Cash on Delivery Charges (COD)

• COD payments will only be accepted if the total invoice value is above Rs.500. 
• Rs.50 will be applicable for orders with bill value below Rs.500.
• You only pay in Cash to the courier person while accepting the goods.

Tracking Your Order

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with all the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to trace your order. We will also list your tracking number with your order details in the “Order Status” section of your “My Account”. Once you receive the tracking number, the same may not reflect for up to 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

How much time will the delivery take if  it is a local delivery?

PCM Masale delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package within 2 to 3 business days from the date of receiving the order. The areas covered for the local delivery are the ones that are inside or around Jaipur city.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

PCM Masale delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Our delivery partners also provide a “We missed you” note or a similar note if they have attempted the delivery and you were not available. We request you to call the number they provide on that note and get the delivery arranged by them as per your convenient time.
