Return Policy

We have a 3 day return policy and it is available only on unopened items from the date of delivery of the product. We will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. We request you to ensure that while returning the items they need to be packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged while they are in transit. The return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Orders made using coupon code cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. For goods bought on discount, the return will be through PCM Masala gift coupons/certificates.

For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount in Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with a copy of the original invoice. PCM Masala reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.

The decision of PCM Masala regarding return of any product is final and binding.
