Meat Masala Recipe - Clean and wash ½kg. Meat. Heat 2½ tbsp. Oil/ghee in a pressure cooker and crackle 2 inch springs of cinnamon. 4 small green cardamons and 4 cloves. Add 1 cup sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Add ½ tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 mins. Add 2tsp. of PCM Meat Masala and salt to taste. Fry for 2-3 mins. Add the meat fry for 5 mins. and add ½ cup. chopped tomatoes, fry for 5-7 mins. And add 1/2 cup water. Close the lid and put on the whistle. Weight give 6-8 whistles the simmer for 7 mins. Till meat tenders. Check for seasoning. Serve topped with chopped coriander and julienne of ginger.
